Divine Liturgy
Each student in Nathan Jennings’s class Worship and Theology was asked to outline a divine service. They engaged the assignment with creativity and imagination. These are a few examples of the work produced, provided voluntarily by the students. The students focused on one particular dynamic relationship within the divine service and used the tools developed in the class to connect the rite to the mystery it manifests.
Some questions addressed in their reflections are:
- What opens up about relationship with God around this connection?
- What things get clarified?
- What questions open up?
- How do you envision this extending into future ministry and vocation?
