Topical - Latinx Studies: Encuentro

Resources in Support of Latinx Studies at Seminary of the Southwest

Introduction to the Encuentro page

In The Book of Common Prayer, in the prayer For the Human Family, we ask God to “break down the walls that separate us; unite us in bonds of love: and work through our struggle and confusion to accomplish your purposes on earth”. In Encuentro at Seminary of the Southwest, we “encounter” the very tools and experiences to break down these walls. These encounters with our neighbors, who may be at our borders, in our cities and in our churches, help us to gain insight and to unite us. Utilizing the resources found in this libguide, seminarians and others will broaden their knowledge of the Latinx culture, history, and current topics to increase their understanding and to assist in their ministry.
