Focusing on all things digital.

Our TexShare databases will be going through a few changes over the course of the year. The first of these changes are already in place and is quite exciting! We now have access to a number of databases from Gale (55) and ProQuest (15). Both of these are leading providers with quality content. We are very pleased to be able to offer these to assist in your research.

A Closer Look

With PsycTests you can search by:

  • Author
  • Test Type
  • Construct
  • Factors
  • Subscales
  • Year

All of this can be done in Seeker, and it will be very familiar because PsycTests is on the EBSCO platform like many of the other databases you use. All of the APA databases come with some special features in the Advanced Search that allows you to drill down to your specific research. Here's a look at what you will find in the PsycTests Advanced Search:

1) You can find PsycTests on the Booher Library Electronic Resources page.

2) Clicking on the link takes you to the PsycTests basic search page. Begin your search here using any of the methods mentioned above. However, if you have specific needs, click on the Advanced Search button below the search box.

3) The Advanced Search provides you with the opportunity to zero in on you search by using a variety of limiters. We've highlighted some that may be of particular interest to you.
